Project Hilmar

BZI entered this project after it started, leading to a demanding timeline, and design-build challenges that could have delayed the project. Weather also threatened the schedule with high winds, rain, and lightning stand-downs.  Adding to this, one phase of the project included a distinctive construction method, featuring intricate concrete tilt-wall work and galvanized steel requiring BZI to expand their skills, solve tough problems and meet the demands of the job. 

Despite the initial setback, Project Hilmar achieved remarkable success under BZI's leadership. Through quick action and strategic planning, the project stayed on track, and was safely delivered. Collaboration and problem solving were instrumental in the success of this project.
