As an extension of our value package, BZI has developed fabrication capacity to support the initiative to improve schedules and optimize steel detailing for safer and more efficient work practices.

Our fabrication facility located in Cedar City, Utah is capable of producing approximately 2,500 tons/month of finished steel product. Using state-of-the art robotic and CNC cutting equipment, the 90,000 square-foot production facility on 21 acres was designed and built for optimized production output with an emphasis on safe and efficient workspace for our team-members.

  Beam Champ™

  BZI’s proprietary Beam Champ optimizes weld positioning while working on a specialty truss. The Beam Champ is adjustable to height, and easily rotated into position for access in welding all four sides of the beam.
