Challenge

BZI faced a tighter schedule than ever before with Project Sugar. Not only did the team face a tight deadline, but weather factors such as lightning, wind, freezing temperatures and snow threatened to delay progress.  Additionally, the team couldn’t use their normal approach to sequencing, which meant finding additional ways to innovate on the job site to create efficiency. Despite this, the team consistently installed an impressive 60-70 panels per day.  

Outcome

Project Sugar achieved a milestone as the fastest ARS prototype erected by BZI, boasting an impressive 74,000 working hours without a single lost-time incident.
