Our CEO James Barlow was honored to share BZI’s company values, progress and his leadership approach to building and nurturing excellent teams at the Cedar City Rotary luncheon on February 28, 2023.
As part of his presentation, Barlow shared that BZI is focused on enhancing the lives of its team members by providing “high value” employment — both in earning opportunities and a wholesome work environment. The company strives to give team members opportunities to thrive and achieve great things, both in our personal lives and together. Teamwork, innovation and action are the core values that drive everything BZI does.
