Project Silver Eagle
In Madison, Wisconsin, Project Silver Eagle, a multi-level, e-commerce, warehouse, set to wrap up substantial completion at the end of April, with final details expected to be complete by June.
No project is without its complications, and this project is no exception. Namely brutal winter conditions with temperatures plunging to -13 F and wind gusts up to 48 mph.
It’s a brilliant example of success through Teamwork, Innovation, and Action. Each challenge has been an opportunity to stay nimble and seek solutions, whether it’s scheduling around inspections, material stocking, weather changes, or adjusting to shifting timelines.
The Silver Eagle project is a type of structure our team is familiar with, where innovations like the MezzMaster®, PanelTable®, and SkyBrace® really shine. These innovations work seamlessly together to set panels and build with incredible efficiency.
The size of this project required two PanelTable teams moving at all levels, simultaneously. This strategy led to a record panels set in a single day, with that record expected to be broken before the job wraps up. It’s this kind of milestone that shows how teamwork and agility can drive value for our clients and adapt to a project’s demands. Our team’s goal is always to focus on efficiency without sacrificing safety or quality.
In reflection, staying flexible was a big part of keeping Silver Eagle on track. Whether it was managing job site materials or team coordination, several small, behind-the-scenes efforts kept things moving steadily. It’s easy to overlook the importance of those daily tasks, but they’re what keep a job site running smoothly.
