Building Zone Industries, LLC (“BZI”, “we”, or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these SMS Terms and Conditions (the “SMS Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our SMS Privacy Policy located at: www.bzi.com/smspolicy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these SMS Terms and our SMS Privacy Policy.

Program Description

We may send conversational messages in various formats through the Program.

Conversational messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include order notifications and updates, appointment or event reminders, two-factor authentication messages, and other account-related notifications.

Mobile messages may be sent using automated technology, including autodialers or automatic telephone dialing systems. Message frequency may vary, on average it will be 5-6 messages a week, but will not exceed 10 messages per week.

We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider.

User Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the number provided, even if it is on a state or federal “Do Not Call” list.

You confirm that the number you provide is valid and that you are the owner or authorized user. If your number changes or you are no longer the authorized user, you agree to notify us promptly at the information provided below.

Participation in the Program is not required to make a purchase and is completely voluntary.

User Opt-Out and Support

You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving mobile messages, reply with one of the following keywords: STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

You may receive a final confirmation message. Please allow a short period for processing.

If you need help or assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact our support team at the information provided below.

Our messaging platform may not recognize variations of these commands. We are not responsible for honoring opt-out or help requests that do not follow these instructions.

We may change the phone number or short code used for the Program and will notify you of any such changes. Messages sent to outdated numbers or codes may not be received.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Program is provided “as-is” and may not be available in all areas or on all mobile networks. We and our service providers are not liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected messages.

Modifications

We may modify or cancel the Program or these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
