Annual Open Enrollment is a time for you to review your healthcare benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) and enroll or make any changes to your current plan. Elections made during Open Enrollment go into effect January 1, 2026.  It is the only time you may change your benefit elections without a qualifying life event.
There are no changes to our plans this year, other than a slight increase in premiums.  Please see the attached premium summary.
Open Enrollment begins on Saturday, November 1, 2025, and runs through Saturday, November 15, 2025. You may enroll by completing your elections electronically directly through your Criterion account.
This is a mandatory enrollment event, meaning every employee will need to log into their Criterion account to confirm their benefit enrollment or waive.
Required Open Enrollment Checklist
  1. Log on to your CriterionHCM account bzi.criterionhcm.com
  2. Confirm your mailing address.  Update it if necessary.
  3. Follow the prompts in the “Bell or the STAR” icon.
  4. Confirm your current elections.
  5. Make any changes.
Optional Enrollment Check List
  1. Plan to log in to one of the presentations about the BZI benefits.  See attached meeting schedule.
  2. Invite your covered family members, if interested, to plan to watch one of the meetings.  Share the attached meeting schedule.
  3. Schedule a Teams meeting with Lori Ann Barnson, Veronica Trujillo, or April Jimenez in HR for specific benefits questions
